It is essential that you watch the

below before starting the programme. It contains useful information and explains in detail the principle factors of the diet. This will explain what you will experience, how the programme works and how to make the most of it. If you are not able to watch online, please pop into the pharmacy, pay £10 refundable deposit and we will lend you a DVD copy.
Diet tailored to your goals
After watching the Video/DVD you will have an informal consultation (20-30 min) and any questions you have will be answered. A simple medical questionnaire will be completed and, if appropriate, the diet supplied with advice and support. You will be given extra information regarding the diet for you to take home and keep. Although an appointment is not compulsory we recommend pre-booking to avoid waiting times.
Friendly support
You will need to return to the pharmacy for your weekly weigh-in. During the consultations, we will monitor your progress and any extra support needed will be provided along with next weeks diet. No appointment is necessary but is advised, we do our best to have a member of staff available at all times. Pop in anytime or call
